Deco 20 Seal

An advanced formula sealer designed for various foundations and structures. Some advantages are that it does not require any heavy parging or poly; cures in two hours; can be painted over; and is environmentally friendly. If used as part of a complete waterproofing system, this product will span a crack up to 3/32" and comes with a manufacturer’s 10-year warranty.

Seaboard EF 400

A latex modified, asphalt emulsion product. Compared to competitive products, this product has a lower permanence rating—which decreases the ability of water to penetrate concrete surfaces— as well as greater elasticity— which enables the product to span cracks effectively. EF 400 does not contain any ammonia or mineral spirits thereby eliminating toxicity which makes the product environmentally friendly. It also comes with a manufacturer’s 10 year warranty.

Sheet Membrane/Bituthane Waterproofing Systems

A self-adhering sheet membrane consisting of rubberized asphalt laminated of polyethylene to form a minimum 60 mls membrane to below grade walls.

Drainboard

A high-strength drainage composite consisting of a three dimensional high impact polystyrene core and a non-woven filter fabric applied to below grade walls. The fabric serves as a filter medium to prevent the passage of soil particles into the core while allowing sub-grade moisture to pass freely.

Bentonite

A flexible bentonite composite composed of sodium bentonite bound with a water soluble adhesive matrix between two woven polypropylene geotextile mats. The material swells to 10-15 times its dry volume when fully hydrated. The product is designed for below grade applications, vertically and horizontally.

J-Drain

A modular composite drainage system consisting of a threedimensional, high flow drainage core wrapped with a nonwoven, needle-punched filter fabric. It is designed as a substitute for a conventional gravel covered pipe and drainage system around building foundations.

Pipe and Stone Drainage System

Healthy Walls

A clear liquid penetrating sealer that can be applied to concrete surfaces and meets all ASTM tests required for damproofing. Other benefits include:

• elimination of bacteria growth, efflorescence, and mildew
• enabling of surface to breathe
• fast cure times
• and use as a primer for painting and staining.

Window Wells

Installation of below grade and egress window wells. Each comes with clear cover, bottom and drainage system.

Driveway Drain

A driveway drainage receptacle design to divert water away from the garage door.

Catch Basin

A yard drainage receptacle design to divert water away from certain areas.

House Wrap

NV Waterproofing delivers an alternative housewrap solution that is superior to traditional housewrap solutions.
Traditional housewrap solutions have at least three problems:

1. They trap moisture originally found in OSB sheathing (which is an alternative to plywood found in most new homes today) as it is drawn out from the wood on warm, dry days.
2. The application of traditional solutions with staples or nails creates hundreds, if not thousands, of penetrations that serve as openings for moisture.
3. Traditional solutions are applied awkwardly and ineffectively on returns for doors and windows.

NV Waterproofing applies TMC 2000, made by Deco Products, which is a single component liquid applied air and moisture barrier membrane.
This product:

1. Cures to a flexible, seamless membrane that provides a continuous air tight building envelope.
2. Bonds permanently to substrates of wood (plywood, OSB, and framing), concrete, concrete block, metal, stucco, and rigid insulation.
3. Eliminates penetrations that traditional house wraps require.
4. Bonds tightly against the surface with no seams therefore preventing moisture formation on sheathing.
5. Remains unaffected by ultraviolet rays and contains no aromatic hydrocarbon solvents.
6. Allows moisture to escape due to an excellent water vapor perm rating.
